These Terms and Conditions represent a binding agreement between Lyngso Fitness Academy (the “Business”) and the Client. By engaging in the services provided under this agreement and paying the initial invoice, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Enrollment and Fees
- Enrollment Fee: A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the initiation of services. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Monthly Recurring Payments: The Client agrees to pay recurring monthly fees, with a minimum commitment period.
2. Contract Term
- Initial Term: This contract has an initial minimum commitment period from the date the initial invoice is issued.
- Ongoing Terms: After the initial term, the contract will continue on a monthly basis unless terminated by either the Client or the Business in accordance with these terms.
3. Invoices and Payment Terms
- Invoicing: The Client is required to maintain a valid payment method (credit or debit card) on file for automatic monthly charges. The Client agrees to keep this payment information up-to-date.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due by the specified date on each invoice. The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payment.
- Consequences of Late Payment: If invoices are not paid by the due date, the Business may impose late fees, suspend services, or terminate the program until payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Enrollment Fee: The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Early Termination by Client: If the Client chooses to terminate the program early, a non-refundable service fee or other applicable costs may apply based on the duration of participation and the program structure. No refunds will be provided after a specified period from the program start date.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Notice of Cancellation: The Client must provide written notice prior to the end of any billing cycle to terminate the ongoing program. Billing may continue for an additional cycle before termination takes effect, depending on the timing of the notice.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the initial invoice, the Client confirms their agreement with all terms outlined in this contract.
